Online Booking Procedure
This little illustrated guide in 10 steps will show you the procedure to follow to make a booking on our website. If you are facing difficulties while booking, you can also contact us through the contact form or by live chat, in the bottom right side of the page.
2) In the bottom of the page you can see a longer description of the activity including the itinerary, duration, content of the excursion, etc...
3) You can also see there a "Key Facts" tab where you will find at a glance all you need to know about the activity in bullet points, such as inclusions, extras and other important info regarding the activity: cancellation terms, kids rate conditions, etc...
4) In order to proceed to the booking, chose the number of participants (adults and kids) and click on "select a date".
5) Select then the wished date for your excursion on the booking calendar, where you can also see the different rate by period, then validate.
6) At this point, you will have the choice to finalize your booking or go back to the website to browse other activities and make other bookings.
7) If you have clicked on "Proceed to checkout", you will then be re-directed to the booking finalization page with a summary of the activities you have selected.
8) In order to finalize your bookings, you must first create an account or log in if you already have an account on our website. Payment methods will appear only if you have creaded an account or if you are logged in.
Do not forget to fill up requested info in the bloc "Particpants Details". These information are very important so we can edit your final vouchers as quickly as possible.
9) You will then be re-directed to the secured payment portal, depending on the selected payment method (by card or Paypal account). You will be able to make the payment to finalize your bookings through this portal.
10) Once payment has been made, you will received an automatic booking confirmation email from our website, as well as a payment confirmation email. The booking confirmation email will include all info about your reservations as selected on the website. If you did not receive these emails, remember to check your SPAM folder, as they sometimes land there.
Following your booking, you will receive with 48h maximum your final booking vouchers, sent by email by our department teams, as well as meeting/departure time and all necessary info for your excursions.
